We had an absolutely awe-inspiring time at Highway to Hull this year, made all the more special by the presence of TWO burlesque legends.
The first legend to perform for us was Judith Stein, the Canadian Grand Beaver of Burlesque.
It was an honour to hear her stories, watch her captivating performances, and witness first-hand the artistry and passion that have defined her remarkable career. Being part of her journey, even for a short while, was inspiring, humbling, and a true privilege.
Moments like these remind us why we love the burlesque community so much. It is full of talent, history, and the kind of generosity that lifts everyone around it. Thank you, Judith, for sharing your world with us; it’s an experience we will never forget.
